Shrimp Pad Thai

Spicy and truly Yummy ! One of the most popular Thai dish. I tried to stick to the most authentic recipe. With ingredients like tamarind pulp, shallots, and fried tofu.

Crème Brulée

What a better way to end a Saturday night dinner at home than a Creme Brulee ? Fantastic if served with seasonal fruits. A kitchen torch is the most updated tool to use so that one may get the ultimate result. However, in this case, I just put it under the broiler.

Mixed beans salad

Goes well with any grilled or roast meat / Chicken. Mixed beans with beets and a tangy dressing of lime juice, garlic, olive oil, parsley, honey, salt and pepper.

Creamy wild mushroom soup

Nothing better to beat the cold out there than this hearty, creamy , delicious wild mushroom soup! Home made with sauteed celery, garlic, wild mushrooms, carrots and chicken stock. Pureed and a touch of cream added at the very end.
